住建部原副部长：封闭式小区是毒药 必须打开

　　3月18日，国务院参事，住房和城乡建设部原副部长仇保兴在财讯传媒主办的“智慧出行——未来城市峰会”上表示，目前用口袋式的设计搞了许多封闭式的社区，造成整个城市毛细管全部的拥堵，对中国而言就是毒药。

　　仇保兴表示，我们在前30年，犯过一个巨大的错误，就是把城市外的交通模式引入到城市，这也不仅是中国，世界上各个国家都在不同的发展阶段重复着同样的错误。那么，我们应有的模式是什么呢？应该首先是紧凑，第二是多样化，第三是低排的，能够应对雾霾的，最后一个也是最根本的，它是舒适的。
