今日晚间，上海钢联电子商务股份有限公司发公告称，拟购买北京知行锐景科技有限公司全部股权，以收购其旗下的中关村在线以及中关村商城网站资产。
据悉，北京知行锐景科技有限公司为慧聪网有限公司全资附属公司，而如上所述，中关村在线是慧聪网在一年前刚刚收购而来。当时慧聪网和中关村在线的管理层签订了对赌协议，慧聪网要求收购后三年内，中关村在线的净利润分别达到1亿元、1.3亿元和1.7亿元。然而中关村在线的营收主要来自广告销售，商城业务在其他电商的冲击之下实际上很难保证有很好的利润，因此这个任务很难完成，不知此次中关村在线再次被卖是否与其未能完成对赌协议要求的净利润增长有关。
