The Ministry of environmental protection: the February level and above in urban air quality has improved
Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, March 17 (reporter Wu Jingjing)-Department of environmental protection released on 17th February the national focus regional and urban air quality. Overall, the February national level and above in urban air quality has improved, high average number of days the proportion rose, PM2.5 concentrations of five per cent were declined. First implementation of new air quality standards in 74 cities as well as Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta region air quality all year, and the chain has improved.
Environmental monitoring division of the Department of environmental protection said Luo Yi, according to the assessment of the ambient air quality standards in February, 338-level excellent and above average number of days for 72.4%, 18.1% per cent slightly polluted days, medium-polluted days for 5.3%, 4.2% heavy pollution days and above. Compared with the same period last year, boosting good days 9.9%, decline in the proportion of severe pollution days and above 1.3%.
First implementation of new air quality standards in 74 cities of high average number of days for 73.1%. According to the evaluation of urban environmental air quality index, 74 cities, February 10 cities in order of air quality is relatively poor in Urumqi, xingtai, Baoding, hengshui, yinchuan, Zhengzhou, Handan, Jinan, Xuzhou, Suqian and air quality is relatively good in 10 cities in order of Lhasa, Huizhou, Haikou, Xiamen, Dongguan, Zhaoqing, Fuzhou, Jiangmen, Zhongshan and Shenzhen.
13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region accounted for an average good air quality days 72.1%, Qinhuangdao, Zhangjiakou, Chengde, Beijing and 5 cities of Tianjin's good between 80% to 100% days, Cangzhou, Tangshan and 7 cities of Langfang's good between 50% to 80% days, hengshui fine less than 50% days.

环保部：2月份地级及以上城市空气质量有所改善
新华社北京3月17日电（记者吴晶晶）环境保护部17日发布2月份全国重点区域和城市空气质量状况。总体来看，2月份全国地级及以上城市空气质量有所改善，平均优良天数比例同比上升，PM2.5等五项指标浓度同比均下降。第一批实施空气质量新标准的74个城市以及京津冀、长三角、珠三角区域空气质量同比、环比均有所改善。

　　环保部环境监测司司长罗毅介绍说，按照《环境空气质量标准》评价，2月份全国338个地级及以上城市平均优良天数比例为72.4%，轻度污染天数比例为18.1%，中度污染天数比例为5.3%，重度及以上污染天数比例4.2%。与去年同期相比，优良天数比例提高9.9个百分点，重度及以上污染天数比例下降1.3个百分点。

　　第一批实施空气质量新标准的74个城市平均优良天数比例为73.1%。按照城市环境空气质量综合指数评价，74个城市中，2月份空气质量相对较差的10个城市依次是乌鲁木齐、邢台、保定、衡水、银川、郑州、邯郸、济南、宿迁和徐州；空气质量相对较好的10个城市依次是拉萨、惠州、海口、厦门、东莞、肇庆、福州、江门、中山和深圳。

　　京津冀区域13个城市空气质量平均优良天数比例为72.1%，秦皇岛、张家口、承德、北京和天津5个城市的优良天数比例在80%至100%之间，沧州、唐山和廊坊等7个城市的优良天数比例在50%至80%之间，衡水市的优良天数比例不足50%。

　　北京市优良天数比例为82.8%，出现重度污染2天，未出现严重污染。北京市PM2.5月均浓度为44微克／立方米，同比下降53.2%，环比下降35.3%。

　　长三角区域25个城市空气质量平均优良天数比例为69.3%，珠三角区域9个城市空气质量平均优良天数比例为99.2%。
