浙江丽水学院原党委副书记胡雄光涉嫌受贿罪被公诉
中新网3月17日电 据最高人民检察院网站消息，丽水学院原党委副书记胡雄光(副厅级)涉嫌受贿犯罪一案，由浙江省丽水市人民检察院侦查终结，移送温州市人民检察院审查起诉。日前，温州市人民检察院已依法向温州市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人胡雄光享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人胡雄光，听取了其辩护人的意见。

　　温州市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人胡雄光利用担任浙江省庆元县县长、丽水市水利局局长的职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
