湖南怀化原副市长被诉 曾用职权与他人发生性关系

　　据最高人民检察院官方网站消息，2016年3月8日，湖南省怀化市原副市长李自成（副厅级）涉嫌受贿罪一案，经湖南省人民检察院指定管辖，由益阳市人民检察院向益阳市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人李自成享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人李自成，听取了辩护人的意见。益阳市人民检察院指控：被告人李自成身为国家工作人员，利用职务之便，为他人谋取利益，单独或共同非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　据报道，2015年8月17日，湖南省检察院决定，依法对李自成以涉嫌受贿犯罪立案侦查。8月28日，湖南省检察院依法对李自成决定逮捕。

　　另据中央纪委监察部网站2015年12月3日消息， 李自成严重违纪被双开。经查，李自成严重违反廉洁纪律，利用担任溆浦县委书记、怀化市副市长的职务便利，在项目建设等方面为他人谋取利益并收受财物；严重违反生活纪律，利用职权与他人发生性关系。其中，利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益并收受财物问题涉嫌犯罪。

　　李自成，男，汉族，1959年5月出生，湖南辰溪县人。1986年2月加入中国共产党，1981年7月参加工作，中央党校函授本科学历。

　　历任怀化地区粮运车队会计、副队长，怀化地区粮食局财基科副科长、科长、总会计师，怀化地区行署副秘书长、行署办党组成员，怀化市政府副秘书长、市政府办党组成员，沅陵县副县长、县长、县委书记，溆浦县委书记。

　　2009年7月至2013年1月，任怀化市副厅级干部、溆浦县委书记；

　　2013年1月至2013年3月，任怀化市副市长、溆浦县委书记；

　　2013年3月任怀化市副市长。

　　2015年5月接受组织调查。
