尚福林表示，在调查中发现，金融消费投诉较多集中在金融产品销售上，比如对理财产品的收益上有争议。此前，北京、上海、广州进行了“双录”试点，即销售人员在销售产品时同期录音录像，按照程序介绍产品，这样也让消费者了解产品性质，了解相应风险。
