广东移动原董事长之妻王健英因涉嫌受贿被判4年

　　信息时报讯 （记者 魏徽徽） 昨日上午，被告王健英涉嫌受贿案在广州市中院一审宣判。王健英系广东移动原董事长徐龙之妻，法院认定王健英与丈夫徐龙共同受贿400万余元，判处其有期徒刑4年并处罚金150万元，她当庭表示要上诉。

　　现年55岁的王健英系大专学历，与徐龙同为浙江绍兴人。2005年，徐龙从浙江调任广东移动后，她跟随徐龙来到广东。徐龙被调查后，她也身陷囹圄。据悉，徐龙被控受贿的5宗犯罪事实中，有两宗与王健英相关，而这两宗事实就是公诉机关指控王健英的全部内容。

　　据指控，2005年至2006年，徐龙在担任广东移动董事长、总经理期间，深圳市嘉讯软件有限公司股东苏瑞分别于2005年11月、2006年7月，贿送给徐龙及王健英购买浙江省杭州市“栖溪名园”房产及车库款共人民币77.012万元。

　　2007年5月，时任广东移动市场部总经理的李欣泽为了能得到徐龙的关照和提拔，介绍徐龙及王健英向广州钜讯网络科技有限公司法定代表人丁永辉购买其位于广东中山市三角镇“旭日华庭”楼盘的三个商铺，买入价相当于市场价四折，后由李欣泽安排他人以市价购买了这三个商铺，帮助徐龙及王健英套现获利人民币331.696万元。

　　起诉书显示，徐龙及王健英担心案发，于2012年将上述差价款补还给丁永辉。出于同样考虑，他们还在2012年11月将人民币58.48万元退还给苏瑞。

　　徐龙和王健英先后出庭受审，夫妇二人面对指控态度迥异。徐龙当庭否认指控，称自己并未受贿。而王健英则在法庭上认罪，一再声称“相信组织”。

　　昨日上午，广州中院一审宣判，认定王健英构成受贿罪，对其判处有期徒刑4年，并处罚金150万元。听到判决结果后，王健英情绪激动，当庭表示要上诉。
