　　环境保护部今日向媒体通报2016年3月14日全国城市空气质量状况及未来趋势预测结果。3月14日，受不利气象条件和污染排放的影响，全国338个地级及以上城市中，100个城市空气质量超标，其中，8个城市空气质量属重度及以上污染级别，污染较重区域主要为新疆维吾尔自治区、安徽省部分城市。

　　环境保护部环境监测司司长罗毅介绍说，京津冀区域13个城市中，北京、天津、秦皇岛、唐山、邢台和衡水6个城市空气质量为轻度污染，廊坊、保定、石家庄、邯郸、沧州、张家口和承德7个城市空气质量为良。区域内PM2.5、PM10平均浓度分别为63微克/立方米、131微克/立方米，与前一日相比分别上升23.5%、27.2%。截至15日12时，京津冀区域13个城市中，北京、石家庄和衡水3个城市空气质量为中度污染，天津、秦皇岛、张家口、廊坊、唐山、沧州、邢台和保定8个城市为轻度污染，邯郸和承德空气质量为良。

　　北京市3月14日空气质量为轻度污染，PM2.5日均浓度为77微克/立方米，PM10日均浓度为118微克/立方米。截至15日12时，PM2.5小时平均浓度为138微克/立方米，PM10小时平均浓度为173微克/立方米，空气质量为中度污染。

　　罗毅表示，根据中国环境监测总站，北京市、天津市、河北省环境监测中心站空气质量预报会商结果，未来几日，京津冀及周边区域空气质量前期较差，后期扩散条件有所改善。16日~18日前后，大气扩散条件较为不利，京津冀中南部、山东西部和河南北部部分地区可能出现中度至重度污染过程；19日，扩散条件略有改善，京津冀北部、内蒙古中部和山西北部空气质量优良，山西南部和山东东部良至轻度污染，京津冀中南部、山东西部和河南北部以轻度至中度污染为主；20日~21日，扩散条件较为有利，京津冀北部和山东东部优良，京津冀中南部、内蒙古中部、山西大部、山东西部和河南北部以良至轻度污染为主。

　　北京市未来三天受弱气压系统控制，偏南风，回暖明显，湿度有一定增大，大气扩散条件较为不利，空气污染将逐渐加重。3月15日，地面高压后部，中层西南风，扩散条件较差，中度污染；16日，地面高压后部，高空西南气流，扩散条件较差，中度至重度污染；17日，地面低压底部，槽前西南气流，扩散条件进一步转差，重度污染。

　　另据中国天气网报道，3月14日夜间起至21日，华北中南部、黄淮、江淮等地将出现一次雾、霾天气过程，预计17-18日影响最为严重，19日受弱冷空气略有缓解。22日，随着冷空气到来，雾霾消散。从目前的预报来看，这有可能成为2016年来华北、黄淮地区持续时间最长的一次雾霾过程。
