  京华时报讯(记者牛颖惠)近日,领英中国智库联合人力资源资讯公司怡安翰威特发布《2016年中国互联网金融人才白皮书》显示,互联网金融行业85%的人才都是从其他的行业跨界而来,该行业对于高科技行业人才的吸引力最高,其次是互联网人才、金融人才,对于多个行业均显示近流入状况。


  调查结果显示,随着互联网金融行业的发展,行业中凝聚了计算机、金融、管理专业等人才,均为净流入状况。值得关注的是,其中有34.8%的人才在互联网金融 行业从事的是工程或信息技术,这说明在互联网与金融的融合过程中,互联网技术人才对于互联网金融行业的发展十分重要。


  领英中国智库负责人王希娜表示:“当前,互联网金融行业85%的人才都是从其他的行业跨界而来。也许很多人以为互联网金融行业会更多地吸引来自互联网或是金 融行业的相关人才,但是通过我们的人才吸引力对比分析可以发现,互联网金融行业对于高科技人才的吸引力是最高的。”


  众安保险人力资源总监王振宇认为,互联网金融的创新公司对于人才具有很大的吸引力,因为这一类公司通常会制定一些中长期的激励机制,让他们可以从公司价值的增长过程中,实现个人价值增长。


  从 薪酬水平看,互联网金融行业新员工的起薪是年薪10万元,具有2年-3年工作经验的员工,在收入上基本能实现50%的增长,而骨干员工的收入水平在25 万~35万元之间,主管收入水平约为45万元。随着一级级上升,一级部门负责人通常能拿到250万元的年薪水平。


  据介绍,相比之下,互联网金融行业、互联网行业中员工的晋升更快,收入提高速度也最高,而金融公司员工相对晋升较慢。
