　　中国交通建设集团下属的科伦坡港口城项目公司当天收到了斯里兰卡政府宣布项目即可复工的决定。决定说：“3月9日举行的内阁会议同意科伦坡港口城项目立即重启。从即日起，取消对港口城项目暂停决定，港口城项目管理方即可恢复项目建设。”
　　由中国交通建设集团投资开发建设的科伦坡港口城项目于2014年9月正式动工建设，是斯里兰卡迄今最大的外国直接投资项目。去年3月初，斯新政府以“缺乏相关审批手续”、“重审环境评估”等为由叫停了该项目。
　　科伦坡港口城项目一期投资14亿美元，将带动二级开发投资约130亿美元，创造超过8.3万个就业机会。根据规划，港口城集商务、娱乐、居住等多种业态为一体，并提供学校、幼儿园、医疗、文化等生活配套设施。建成后，现代化的会展中心、智能化办公大厦、南亚风情的购物天堂、海洋公园等游乐设施一应俱全。（完）
