深圳晚报讯 3月7日晚间，白云山发布公告，广州医药集团、广州王老吉大健康产业有限公司收到广东省高级人民法院判决书。广东省高级人民法院就王老吉大健康公司、广药集团诉被告广东加多宝饮料食品有限公司（“广东加多宝”）、广东胜佳超市有限公司（“胜佳超市”）、广东胜佳超市有限公司石牌东分店（“胜佳超市石牌东分店”）虚假宣传及商业诋毁纠纷一案做出终审判决：驳回上诉，维持原判。
早在2014年11月，广州市中级人民法院就此案做出民事判决，要求加多宝停止宣传虚假广告语，并立即销毁含有涉案虚假广告语的宣传物品；被告胜佳超市石牌东分店于判决发生法律效力之日起立即停止销售包装上印有“全国销量领先的红罐凉茶-加多宝”的加多宝红罐凉茶，并立即停止使用印有“中国每卖10罐凉茶7罐加多宝”的广告纸牌；广东加多宝赔偿原告王老吉方500万元，并在判决发生法律效力之日起三十日内在《广州日报》、《南方日报》、《羊城晚报》头版刊登声明消除影响。
此次终审，广东省高院就上述一审判决给予维持。两大凉茶纠纷官司王老吉连胜20场， 加多宝或将面临50亿元赔偿额。
