显然，王梦恕的理由基本站不住脚。中铁总公司总经理盛光祖最近已经表态，目前正在规划WiFi覆盖高铁项目，这说明高铁装WiFi不会影响安全运行，否则不会去规划。至于装WiFi造价高、容易坏，这似乎不是问题，因为高铁统一装WiFi必然能降低成本，而质量问题也不是不能解决。

王梦恕替旅客们作主了，既认为装WiFi没有必要，也认为可以看风景。从中不难看出，其对高铁装WiFi缺乏足够认识，没有意识到“互联网+”的影响力，没有意识到WiFi的重要性，也没有顾及广大旅客的上网需求，更没有意识到WiFi是高铁参与市场竞争的一种“武器”。

如今的火车已不再是单一的运输工具，还承担着很多服务功能，因为很多旅客如今在飞机上、高铁上需要办公、阅读、沟通，而WiFi就是为这类需求提供服务的。据悉，东方航空已经开通机上WiFi，WiFii覆盖所有航班是迟早的事。高铁装不装WiFi是个服务问题，直接关乎高铁服务质量，而服务则关系到高铁市场竞争力。如果高铁服务不以需求为导向，所谓高铁市场化就是一句空话。可以说，如今大街上很多小饭馆都已装上WiFi，并且在显要位置提醒消费者使用本店免费WiFi，难道说高铁服务意识、市场意识落后于小饭馆？

王梦恕还提到让旅客看看高铁两边的风景。旅客在高铁上是上网还是看风景，那是旅客的权利。如果把看风景作为高铁不提供WiFi的理由，恐怕部分旅客会用脚投票。

尽管高铁速度快，大大提高了出行效率，但旅客在高铁上的时间还是相当漫长。如果高铁不能提供免费WiFi，不仅影响旅客出行质量，还有可能影响旅客经济利益，因为在“互联网+”背景下，很多人几乎时时处处都要用到WiFi。所以，高铁尽快提供WiFi才是正道，不要再为不装WiFi找理由了。
