海南事业单位人员可在职或离岗创业
海南省政府近日出台的《海南省政府关于进一步做好新形势下就业创业工作的意见》提出，为调动科研人员创业积极性，对于在职创业的，经单位同意，可在不影响工作、不损害单位集体利益并符合相关法律法规及政策规定的前提下进行。
意见提出，对于离岗创业的，经原单位同意，自签订离岗创业协议之日起3年内保留人事关系，与原单位其他在岗人员同等享有参加职称评聘、岗位等级晋升和社会保险等方面的权利。(记者刘邓)
