Visual purple international $ 124 million stake in 500 lottery: largest shareholders-500 lottery, violet international-IT information

On June 9, 500 Lottery and Unisplendour group today announced the international co, Ltd ("Violet") would issue and sell shares of the new common stock reaching a final agreement. Visual purple international 500 tickets will be $ 124 million investment, and become its largest shareholder.

Under the agreement, the Visual purple international call and direct the purchase of 63,500,500 shares of newly issued class a common stock, the total purchase price of approximately $ 124 million in cash. Purchase price of us $ 1.95 per share (Note: stock 1ADS 10 shares of common stock, or 19.50 Yuan/ADS), equivalent to the common stock closing price in the 30 days ended June 8, 2015 the average discount on 1.4%, equivalent to the closing price on June 8, 2015 discount 17.9%.

Visual purple International has agreed to the deal to buy all of the shares after the completion of six months of engagement in lock period, expected to complete by June 30, 2015. Once the deal, violet international will become 500 Lottery network's largest shareholder, violet, Zhao Weiguo, Chairman will be the new Director of the group.

Unisplendour Group Limited is one of Tsinghua Holdings Limited's, formerly of Tsinghua science and Technology Development Corporation was founded in 1988, violet Group International Limited is the Group's overseas investment platform.
