White paper on China's human rights cause: the AIDS transmission rate to 6.3%

Special purpose grants funds invested 2.3 billion yuan in the central budget, local increase financial input, basic living expenses for orphans, reached 557,000 orphans nationwide and 5,200 children infected with the AIDS virus.
