In the new historical period, stability goes a long way for China's economic development, we must deepen the reform and opening up, correctly handle the relationship between Government and market, the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources and give better play to the role of Government.

Mr Wang said, should follow the General rules of the market economy, combined with China's national conditions and stages of development, seeking the best combination of market and Government play a role, balance, coordination, so that "two hands" complement each other and form the forward stack together. Promoting market construction of system to play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, the establishment of fair, open and transparent market rules, improve mainly by the market pricing mechanism, improve markets for factors of production system, improve the system of protection of property rights. Governments at all levels to accelerate the transformation of functions, promote decentralization, the establishment of a "negative list" and "the power list" system, strengthen market supervision, guarantee equal competition, public service delivery, effective governance to achieve both efficient and predictable. To standardize the relation between Government and market, strengthen the construction of legal system of market economy, establishing a new socialist market economic order.
