　　“应急处突特种机动队”是上海公安针对亚信峰会安保推出的一项警务模式。目前，在上海全市范围内共有125支特种机动队，每队5到10人，特警、武警叠加巡逻，以发挥提升威慑力、快速处置突发事件的重要作用。黄浦公安分局特种机动队队长倪伟彬透露，特种机动队将作为街面防暴处突的常态力量保留建制。上海公安各分(县)局将根据辖区人流变化，调整、优化机动队冲锋车驻点位置和巡逻模式，进一步提高街面见警率和管事率。
