Nokia recently announced that the company has acquired travel planning, artificial intelligence (AI), Desti, in order to provide users with more travel data, thus further enhancing the features of Nokia maps HERE.

Desti is an artificial intelligence application based on Siri and Nuance are similar technologies, artificial intelligence and natural language can be used to help users find their way to all the necessary data and information, such as restaurants, tourist attractions, events and hotels. Desti application information can be found, and save this information directly to the users of the planning, so as to allow the user to be used during the next trip. 总体而言，诺基亚此番收购Desti，还是希望来提升HERE地图平台的服务能力。由于双方均未透露此次交易的相关详情，因而具体交易价格也不得而知。据称，作为此次交易的一部分，当前的Desti应用将会被关闭。与此同时，诺基亚还将这款同时服务于iOS系统的应用撤出了应用商店。
