据中国移动此前公布的资费调整方案，4G新资费中流量单价最高降幅达50%。以原4G套餐中的70元1G流量包为例，在新套餐中70元可获得2G流量。原全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐客户升级后，在套餐费用不变、语音分钟数不变的基础上，4G上网套餐中的流量为原套餐流量的2-6倍。中国移动还将2G/3G套餐外流量资费统一下调为0.29元/MB，与4G套餐保持一致。
