　　七星能源投资集团董事长苏绍俊表示，“泰坦尼克号精神”值得传颂，乘客在灾难面前所表现出的大爱与责任感是人类文明的巨大财富。该项目绝不仅仅是复制一艘船、重温一部电影。项目建成以后，通过音效与光效，数百游客将有机会同时体验船只沉没时的感受。

　　除了全球第一艘按照原型1:1建造的“泰坦尼克”，项目还拥有全球最大的室内人造天空沙滩海滨浴场，全球第一家立体互动高科技动感演艺剧场。同时，也是中国内地第一个高科技体验式旅游风景区；中国内地第一条室内人造天空水道商业街。有望拥有三个全球第一，两个中国第一的浪漫地中海七星国际文化旅游度假区，由中国与美国好莱坞、迪士尼团队携手打造，总投资近百亿人民币。
