针对微博中反映的情况，记者从甘肃省华池县人民政府获悉，收到网友爆料后，当地与陕西省延安市吴起县公安局取得联系，证实华池县环保局局长陶某于5月24日被吴起县公安局刑事拘留。目前，华池县已对县环保局局长陶某先行采取组织处理措施，免去其环保局党总支书记、局长职务，并对县物价局局长田某作出停职处理，接受调查。华池县公安、纪检等部门已经对二人进行立案查处。
