广东首发海洋灾害公报 去年因灾损失74亿元|广东海洋灾害_新闻资讯

　　中新社广州5月27日电 (索有为 林国文) 广东省27日发布了该省首个海洋灾害公报《2013年广东省海洋灾害公报》，公报显示，2013年广东各类海洋灾害造成直接经济损失约74.41亿元(人民币，下同)，位居中国首位。

　　据了解，2013年，广东省海洋与渔业局建立了从省到镇的海洋灾害信息报送网络，对“尤特”、“天兔”等台风形成的风暴潮灾害开展现场调查评估；完成11个重点岸段的警戒潮位核定，另外还有16个重点岸段的警戒潮位核定正在进行，占需核定岸段数约一半。

　　公报显示，2013年，广东海洋灾害以风暴潮、海浪灾害为主，赤潮、海岸侵蚀、海水入侵与土壤盐渍化、咸潮入侵等灾害也均有不同程度发生。其中，发生风暴潮过程9次，其中造成灾害的风暴潮过程共计3次，分别为“温比亚”台风风暴潮、“尤特”台风风暴潮和“天兔”台风风暴潮；其中“天兔”台风风暴潮达到红色预警级别，造成直接经济损失累计约58.57亿元。

　　海浪灾害共造成直接经济损失26万元，死亡(含失踪)人数3人。另外，2013年9月29日，“蝴蝶”台风在西沙珊瑚岛附近海域造成5艘台山籍生产渔船遇险，其中3艘渔船沉没，62人死亡(含失踪)，直接经济损失2005万元。

　　公报称，1980-2013年，广东沿海海平面总体呈波动上升趋势，年平均上升速度率为3.2毫米/年，高于全国沿海海平面上升平均水平。2012年，广东沿海海平面处于近30年高位，2013年沿海海平面下降明显，较2012年下降33毫米。(完)
