　　新华网北京5月26日电（记者卢国强 吴昊）记者26日了解到，根据北京警方反恐防控工作整体部署，警方已启动空中巡控，警用直升机将针对北京市重点地区多批次、多架次执行空中巡控任务。

　　北京市公安局警航总队总队长杨东风说，目前，警航部门已经启动加强级备勤等级，处突力量24小时保持临战状态，通过加强空中巡控、武装震慑，构建空地联勤、全覆盖立体化的反恐防恐体系，确保首都社会面安全稳定。

　　据介绍，5月24日起，警方每日计划两至三个巡逻飞行时段，投入5架警用直升机，针对不同任务设置8条预定航线，主要围绕北京城区大型交通枢纽、火车站、公交场站、商贸市场、公园景区等人员密集场所及周边道路开展空中巡逻警戒，加大对全市重点交通主干道路、高速公路、人流、车流集中场所等区域的空中监控力度。

　　警用直升机在空中巡逻中一旦发现可疑事件，可采取空中悬停、盘旋等技战术动作，对地面可疑情况进行观察、追踪，并利用机载图像传输系统锁定可疑现场，将空中采集图像实时传回地面指挥中心，为地面指挥中心动态掌握现场情况、做出安保决策、及时精准调派警力等提供信息和图像支撑。

　　同时，警用直升机还将对远郊区县外围检查站和进出京主要道路重点进行空中监控，并通过电台与外围检查站进行联勤互动，如遇有突发事件能够实现应急起降，执行空中支援等任务。

　　据了解，近期北京、上海、吉林、江苏和海南等地的公安机关陆续开展处置暴恐活动实战演练，加强戒备，并在重点区域、路段加强巡逻防控力度。
