　　去年8月28日凌晨发生张绍华一家五口惨遭杀害的勐腊灭门惨案，于昨日上午9点在西双版纳傣族自治州中级人民法院开庭审理，犯罪嫌疑人冉景华被检察机关以抢劫罪提起公诉。法庭上，公诉人一宣读完起诉书，冉景华就说出了文章开头的那句话，当庭翻供。其代理律师也对其做出了“只犯有盗窃罪，抢劫杀人证据不足”的辩护。
