　　“千里送心救活男孩”的爱心接力在感动公众的同时，也有人提出“脑死亡摘除心脏有悖法律”的质疑。国家卫生计生委新闻发言人宋树立介绍，我国心脏死亡器官捐献分类标准，共三类，一类是指国际标准化脑死亡器官捐献，二类是心脏死亡，三类是混合的。在脑死亡案例当中，判定脑死亡并用于器官移植有三个条件。

　　宋树立：一是要经过严格的医学检查后，各项指标符合脑死亡国际现行标准和国内最新脑死亡标准，由认证专家明确判断为脑死亡。二是家属完全理解并且选择按脑死亡标准停止治疗、捐献器官，有一个双方认可。三是同时获得案例所在医院和相关领导、部门的同意和支持。符合这三个方面的标准，就可以判定脑死亡，并且用于器官捐献。

　　宋树立特别指出，目前，脑死亡的法律标准还处于在发展过程当中，国家卫生计生委会视情况和相关部门商定来加以推动。

　　宋树立：但是无论是世界卫生组织确定的器官捐献的原则还是国际惯例，还是我们国家的标准，都不能因为捐献而判定死亡，还是要知情，要达到一定的标准，要获得相关部门的同意。

　　此外，对于我国疫苗安全问题，宋树立明确表示，我国的疫苗预防接种异常反应发生率并不高于世界卫生组织公布的范围。
