　　新华网北京5月9日电(记者毛伟豪) 经北京市市、区两级动物疫病预防控制机构流行病学调查，初步诊断发生在平谷区山东庄镇的养殖肉鸭病死事件，病因为传染性浆膜炎继发大肠杆菌感染，目前养殖鸭因病致死情况已得到控制。这是记者9日从北京市重大动植物疫情指挥部办公室了解到的。

　　6日下午，北京市平谷区农业局相关部门获知山东庄镇6个养鸭户出现死鸭情况后，及时上报市有关部门。7日上午，市、区两级动物疫病预防控制机构到现场进行流行病学调查，认为发病原因主要为外来鸭贩入户挑选鸭只造成病原传入感染发病。市禽病专家对病鸭进行了剖检，根据感官观察和剖检结果分析，初步诊断为传染性浆膜炎继发大肠杆菌感染，而非此前一些媒体报道的疑似禽流感。

　　据了解，自4月29日起，平谷区6个致病养鸭户开始陆续出现鸭死亡现象，截至7日死亡近万只。但是养殖户一直未在属地兽医部门就诊，也未向属地动物疫病预防控制机构报告病情，而是到肉鸭收购屠宰及饲养量大的顺义区北小营兽医部门就诊。因未能有效控制病情，5月6日下午，致病养鸭户才向平谷区动物疫病预防控制机构报告病情。

　　平谷区政府已在全区开展防控工作，对致病养殖户实行封闭管理，严禁养鸭户之间相互串场、串户、串舍，病死鸭及同群鸭不得随意出场；指导致病养殖户选用安普霉素和新肠康进行治疗；妥善处理病死鸭，进行深埋无害化处理；发放消毒药，组织养鸭户对养殖场所、养殖器具及周边环境进行严格消毒。
