环保部：1月份环保热线受理举报66件|大气污染|环保部_新闻资讯
本报讯(记者王选辉)今天上午，环保部发布了今年1月份环保部群众举报案件处理情况，“12369”环保举报热线受理群众举报66件，其中，举报数量前三位的是：江苏、河北、山东。所有举报件已转交各地方环保部门调查处理。存在污染问题的案件中，涉及大气的案件最多，共有31件。
据通报称，各地环保部门已对这些环境违法行为依法进行了处理，其中责令限期整改18件、停产治理17件、处以罚款14件、取缔关闭8件、现场予以纠正7件、补办环评手续6件、移交相关部门处理4件。目前，这些处理措施已得到较好的落实。
典型案例
1.福建省福鼎市永大皮革厂违规排放废气
根据现场检查情况，福鼎市环保局督促该厂进一步完善废气治理设施，限期办理建设项目竣工环保验收手续。同时提请福鼎市政府明确该厂周边园区土地规划控制红线，严禁红线内新建新增居住区等敏感点，对现有居民点采取分类处置措施。
宁德市环保局已将处理情况告知举报人，举报人表示满意。
2.山西省阳泉市孟县铝矾土竖窑排放烟尘污染环境
根据检查情况，阳泉市环保局执法人员立即督促南娄镇政府按照孟县人民政府“关于清理整顿燃煤竖窑的通知”要求，对违法生产的矾石竖窑进行全面清理。目前，南娄镇矾石竖窑均已关停。
阳泉市环保局将查处结果告知举报人，举报人表示满意。
3.辽宁省沈阳市经济技术开发区中宇热电有限公司噪声扰民
经查，中宇热电有限公司刚刚建完锅炉及配套设施，未办理试生产手续，同时配套环保设施并没有按照环评要求建设，产生的噪声对周围居民造成影响。
目前，该公司正在进行整改，沈阳市环保局将继续督促该公司落实整改内容。
