　　三是在严明党的政治纪律方面，着力发现是否存在对涉及党的理论和路线方针政策等重大政治问题公开发表反对意见、阳奉阴违等问题，以及落实党风廉政建设主体责任、监督责任方面存在的突出问题。

　　四是在执行组织纪律、民主集中制和干部选拔任用方面，着力发现是否存在组织涣散、纪律松弛等现象，是否存在选人用人上的不正之风和腐败问题。
