　　晨报讯?交通事故已成为我国14岁以下儿童的第一死因，而安装并使用儿童安全座椅可以有效减少交通伤害事故。全球儿童安全组织中国区首席代表崔民彦呼吁：为了安全，请家长尽量让孩子在乘坐私家车时，坐在儿童安全座椅内。

　　根据中国社科院去年发布的相关数据，我国75.66%的汽车内没有安装儿童安全座椅，39.95%的家长曾让孩子乘车时坐副驾驶位置，有43.12%的家长选择在乘车时怀抱儿童。针对上海3月1日出台的新规，多数家长表示支持，但在实际执行中并不到位。究其原因，主要是侥幸心理和担心孩子不习惯。经常带孩子外出的林女士说：“一般在市区里开车速度都不快，应该不会出事。”更多家长觉得让孩子坐在安全座椅中相当于“坐牢”，“我女儿一放进安全座椅里，就不停地哭，哭到你抱着她为止。”5岁女孩的妈妈张女士说。

　　根据世界卫生组织发布的《2013全球道路安全状况报告》指出，正确使用儿童约束装置，可以降低婴儿在车辆事故中受致命性碰撞率约70%，可以降低幼儿在车辆事故中受到致命性碰撞率约54%至80%。当车辆以50公里的时速发生碰撞，相当于人体从4楼落下，所以，一名12公斤的孩子在碰撞时，产生的重量会超过上百公斤。

　　全球儿童安全组织中国区首席代表崔民彦呼吁：请尽量让孩子在乘坐私家车时，坐在儿童安全座椅内。值得高兴的是，我国家庭对儿童安全座椅的使用率正在逐步提高。根据某网站发布的《2013年中国儿童安全座椅年终调查报告》显示，与2013年初相比，全国范围内儿童安全座椅的使用率上升近一成。另外，儿童安全座椅的价格也有望在未来明显下降。崔民彦表示：“由于中国使用安全座椅的家长还不多，目前价格相比国外市场稍微偏高，但等市场扩大，使用人群增多时，价格自然就趋于理性了。”
