　　新京报讯?(记者?许路阳)近八成在京青年没有自有住房，即便在两成多拥有自有住房的青年中，购房时需要父母支持的也占到了7成。昨日，对外经济贸易大学和社科文献出版社共同发布《青年蓝皮书：中国青年发展报告(2014)No.2——流动时代下的安居》，公布了上述数据。

　　超过一半在京青年租房居住

　　去年，对外经贸大学青年发展研究中心开展“北京市青年住房状况调查”，向5000名“80后”在京青年发放了问卷，收回4321份有效问卷。

　　结果显示，在京青年中，超过一半的人在租房，比例达到52.2%。根据学历分析，研究生、本科、大专青年租房比例差异不大，研究生比例最高，为57.7%。

　　“这些均凸显了受教育程度对住房状况改善作用的有限性。”对外经贸大学研究青年问题的专家廉思等人建议，应着力保障研究生青年租房居住质量，保障首都高层次人才队伍的相对稳定。

　　公务员租房比例为各群体中最低

　　在自有住房方面，公务员和国企、集体企业职工的比例较高，分别为31.3%和31.2%，远高于私、民营企业职工18.2%的自有住房水平。

　　另一方面，青年公务员的租房比例也是各群体中最低的，部分有分房政策、且符合分房资格的国家公务员基本解决了住房问题，“2006年以前参加工作的公务员，基本能分到房子。”但调查组也发现，基层公务员和无分房政策的公务员，难于解决住房问题。

　　75.3%?有房青年多凭父母支持买房

　　是否认同“住房”代替“职业”，成为青年群体间社会分化的重要因素？结果显示，53.76%城市青年赞同此观点，而否定此观点的仅有12.94%。

　　另外，高达80.92%的城市青年认为，解决住房问题需要父母支持，而认为仅凭个人努力就可以购置房产的不到10%。

　　而现实中，在京自有住房的青年仅占23.5%。其中，在父母支持下贷款购房的占比49.2%，凭父母全额出款购房的也有26.1%，两项相加，凭父母支持买房的也占到了75.3%。

　　84.4%?与父母同住者多为本地青年

　　在北京，与父母亲戚同住的主体是北京本地青年，占到84.4%。课题组通过走访发现，他们多苦于缺少租房或购房资金，被迫与父母和亲戚居住。

　　课题组发现，住房问题已成为影响这些人安排结婚、生育的重要因素，他们的未婚比例在各个年龄段均高于自有住房者。

　　有个同父母挤在一个单元房的北京青年，有时会听到父母说，他们对自己最大的贡献就是去死，这样可以让其继承房子结婚，“这让我很难受，也很惭愧。”

　　73.69%?近八成人租房权益曾受侵害

　　课题组发现，受访者中，仅有26.31%的人表示，在租房过程中未遇到过权益受损问题。

　　73.69%在租房过程中权益曾受损的青年中，33.3%的人曾遇到房东临时清退、且无补偿的情况，41.3%的人曾遇到租金随意上涨的情况，更有43.8%的人曾遭遇黑中介克扣、骗取中介费。

　　为何不接受租房到老？面对这一问题，约三成受访青年将直接原因归咎于临时清退等租客权益侵害事件。
