　　央广网呼和浩特4月29日消息（记者金建军）据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，昨天，中央纪委监察部网站通报了各级纪检监察机关一周来查处的174件违反中央八项规定精神典型案件。其中，内蒙古自治区4名负责政务服务的工作人员因服务态度生硬被处分。

　　昨天中央纪委监察部网站，发布的违反中央八项规定精神典型案件每周通报中。呼和浩特人力资源和社会保障局办事服务大厅一名董姓工作人员被给予警告处分；包头市土默特右旗政务服务大厅工作人员韩某、杨某某被给予行政记过处分；包头市土默特右旗民政局的一名工作人员李某某被给予党内严重警告处分。而且，这4名工作人员被处分的原因，有一个共同点都是因为服务态度生硬或者是恶劣。

　　比如，呼和浩特市人社局办事服务大厅工作人员董某，3月20号，在呼和浩特市人社局办事服务大厅1楼12号窗口社保资金管理中心，服务接待群众时，态度恶劣，被给予警告处分。

　　而包头市土默特右旗政务服务大厅两名工作人员，由于3月11号，上班迟到，服务态度生硬，违反工作纪律，被给予行政记过处分。

　　包括上述处分4名工作人员的3起典型案件。内蒙古自治区一共通报5起违反中央八项规定精神典型案件。

　　还有两起分别是，呼和浩特市政务服务中心协调科科员杜某某，因上班期间浏览与工作无关的网页、玩游戏、上网聊天，被给予行政警告处分。巴彦淖尔市乌拉特前旗民政局政务服务大厅，3人缺岗，后确认均为迟到。服务大厅门外有人贩卖号，服务大厅内部秩序混乱。分管大厅的一名民政局副局长和3名迟到的工作人员都受到行政警告处分。

　　可以看出这5起案件，主要针对的都是直接服务群众的，政务窗口工作人员的工作态度和工作作风问题。
