　　据警方介绍，去年底，当地警方获悉有人涉嫌在城区双东街道某村委制造毒品，引起云浮、罗定两级警方关注，决定组成专案组开展摸排取证。

　　经警方前期侦查，双东街道居民黄某成(绰号“阿成”)经常流窜到广州、云浮、罗定等地贩卖毒品，有重大制毒嫌疑。警方在锁定涉案人身份和特征后，逐步掌握了该团伙制造毒品的场所和地点，摸清了该制贩毒团伙的组织架构及贩卖毒品网络。

　　警方发言人称，4月17日早上，警方发现涉案人黄某成伙同黄某强等人正藏匿在当地双东街道一民宅内制造“冰毒”，并准备运送到广州，卖给下家，警方随即实施抓捕，将在罗城街道细坑居委一商店门口买东西的黄某成、黄某强抓获，并随即在黄某成居住的罗城街道一出租屋内查获团伙成员黄某花、张某坤、陈某坚3人。

　　警方表示，在黄某成租住的双东街道的民宅制毒工场，当场缴获冰毒6.8千克、毒品249.8千克、制毒原料麻黄碱12.65千克以及制毒工具一大批。

　　目前，警方已依法对涉嫌制造毒品的黄某成、黄某强、黄某花3人刑事拘留，对吸毒人员张某坤、陈某坚作强制隔离戒毒处理，案件仍在侦查中。(完)
