　　法制晚报讯(记者崔毅飞新闻观察员张静)?4月10日，5岁的独龙族女童普艳芳在家被意外烧伤，由于滇西医疗条件有限，只得进京求医。在武警部队等单位的帮助下，云南、北京两地接力送医，女童辗转千里、顺利到达了武警总医院接受治疗。今天上午，普艳芳开始了第一次植皮手术。

　　记者今晨来到武警总医院，8时整，普艳芳在医务人员的护送下，准时进入手术室，开始了她第一次植皮手术。面对记者的镜头，她神色淡定。而这一次手术，将长达8个小时，包括去痂、从头部取皮、移植到伤口上这三个步骤。

　　武警总医院医务部主任刘海峰介绍说，植皮手术需要2-3次。由于孩子胸、腹、背部多处烧伤，手术会比较复杂，今天的手术主要是对其正面胸、腹等部位进行植皮。顺利的话10天之后将进行第二次手术，对背部烧伤部位进行植皮。第三次手术主要是进行一些最后的“查缺补漏”。

　　重症医学科主任韦中余统筹安排女童这几天的护理工作。她告诉记者，由于烧伤面积大且属于极重度烧伤，一般的孩子会抓伤口，需要打镇定针，但只有5岁的普艳芳却非常配合，表现出超出年龄的镇定。

　　孩子刚来的时候营养不良、贫血、高烧，经过这几日的护理，逐步对其营养进行了纠正，为手术奠定了基础。

　　据记者了解，孩子的父母在老家靠种植玉米、土豆等农作物为生，收入非常微薄，根本无力承担这样高昂的手术费。刘海峰主任表示，这一系列的手术费用在30万元左右，目前武警总医院发起捐款，来自医护人员以及社会爱心人士的资助，已有5万余元，医院也会对治疗费进行一定程度的减免。另一方面，孩子的父母这些天也收到了约20万元的社会捐助。
