  一名大学教师,从教21年,10篇论文被指抄袭,其间职称从讲师晋升到了教授,并调入了另一所大学。近日,这则举报重庆师范大学政治学院教授张世友论文“从讲师一路抄袭到教授”的网帖,在互联网上引起了大量关注。





  中国青年报记者比对发现,被指抄袭的10篇论文中,至少8篇大量“引用”了文末的参考文献,有的几乎全文由多篇参考文献组合而成。另有1篇未注明参考文献但内容几乎照搬另一论文。





  张世友接受中国青年报采访时表示,举报者所言“本身好多就是子虚乌有”。他同时认为,被举报的论文多发表于2005年之前,“至于构不构成所谓的学术抄袭、学术不端,真是十年前的标准不一样。”





  “当抄袭成为一种习惯,当抄袭可以轻松评上教授,成为人才,中国还有人安心、潜心做学术,搞研究吗?”网帖提出的质疑引起了不少网友共鸣。目前,重庆师范大学科研处等部门已介入调查,有关负责人预计“五一”假期后会有结果。





  被指抄袭的论文中,有篇题为《诚信与当前人们的思想道德教育》





  张世友原是长江师范学院政治与公共管理学院教师。此次10篇被指抄袭的论文,均创作于其2010年1月调入重庆师范大学任教之前。





  发表于1998年9月《涪陵师专学报》的《必须重视大学生的自我教育》是网帖举报的第一篇抄袭论文,文章被指抄袭自1995年第6期的《高等农业教育》。





  在《涪陵师专学报》上发表这篇论文时,张世友已从四川师范学院政治教育专业本科毕业5年。公开资料显示,1993年7月至2010年1月,张世友在长江师范学院任教,涪陵师范高等专科学校正是长江师范学院的前身之一。





  长江师院任教期间的2000年7月至2003年7月,张世友在西南师范大学修得了法学硕士学位,专业是马克思主义理论与思想政治教育。





  他的第二、三篇被指抄袭的论文就出现在攻读硕士学位期间。这两篇题目分别为《诚信与当前人们的思想道德教育》、《“与时俱进”是民族文化与唯物辩证法相凝结的时代精神》的论文,分别刊发于《四川省干部函授学院学报》的2002年第4期、2003年第2期。





  2003年,张世友已本科毕业10年,其职称是讲师。





  也正是2003年12月,已获得硕士学位的张世友评上了副教授。





  此后,张世友发表了多篇在今天被指抄袭的论文。据网帖爆料,有4篇疑似抄袭的论文出现于2004年,3篇出现于2005年。至此,张世友共10篇论文被举报抄袭。





  张世友的荣誉接踵而来。2005年8月,他参与的论文入选“重庆市第四次社会科学优秀成果奖”;10月,他斩获第五届重庆市期刊好作品评选论文一等奖;12月,他获重庆市涪陵区第四次社会科学优秀成果三等奖。





  2006年9月,涪陵师院更名为长江师范学院。11月,张世友破格晋升为教授,这距其被评为副教授仅3年。





  2010年1月,张世友进入重庆师范大学政治学院任教。目前,他身兼全国中文核心期刊评委会评审专家、重庆市伦理学会常务理事、重庆市高校思想道德修养与法律基础研究会副秘书长等社会角色。





  这10篇论文在当年没有受到质疑,未阻挡其职称从讲师晋升到教授,也未妨碍其前往新大学的执教之路。





  “没有公开发表,不构成抄不抄袭的问题”





  10篇论文被指抄袭,网帖所言是否属实?中国青年报记者逐字比对发现,网友的质疑并非没有理由。





  《必须重视大学生的自我教育》是张世友被网友质疑抄袭的第一篇论文。这篇刊发于1998年的论文中没有标注任何参考文献。网友称,1995年,一位署名为“华南热带作物学院?蔡鹤龄”的人已发表了论文《自我教育在德育中的重要作用》。





  记者注意到,这两篇论文的框架完全一样。1995年,蔡文的4个小标题分别为“自我教育的概念与特征”、“自我教育的必要性”、“自我教育机制的运行条件”、“大学生自我教育的可行性”。3年后发表的张文,其4个小标题与蔡文一模一样,且顺序一致。





  以第一个小标题为例,张文将自我教育的特征概括为“自觉性、目的性、有控性、自我性、社会性”5个关键词。而在1995年,蔡文已列出这5个关键词,排序同样相同。





  在第一个关键词“自觉性”的论述中,蔡文共128字,张文有126字与其一字不差。整段仅改动了两处,一处原文是“一个学生的自我教育,无论是独立进行的,或是在教师指导下半独立进行的……”,张文将“或是”改成“还是”。





  另一处的原文是“……如自我意识尚在形成中的小学生和自我意识尚未成熟的中学生,都难开展有效的自我教育”,张文将“难开展”改成“难以开展”。





  其余4个关键词的论述,张文也在蔡文的基础上对个别字句作出调整,并在整部分末尾加了一句:“以上五个方面构成一个紧密联系,缺一不可的有机统一体,对自我教育作了质的规定。”





  记者对比发现,张文含摘要在内约4600字,没有摘要的蔡文约4000字。张文至少九成的语句,都是在蔡文的基础上进行增加、删除或换用了个别字词,且多处语句完全相同。





  “那篇文章我当时本来没有公开发表,那是一个我们内部交流的内刊,我也不知道(举报人)在什么地方找的。”对于上述现象,张世友回应称,文章来自学校的一次内部交流,“我没有公开发表,本来就不构成抄不抄袭的问题。”





  “因为确实那个时候还年轻,从某种意义上来说,可能也写不来东西,就找个东西来应付一下交流。后来就可能把它搜集起来了。”他解释。





  6000字论文,约1000字原创





  中国青年报记者比对发现,张世友被指抄袭的其余9篇论文,均较多篇幅“引用”了参考文献,有的几乎全文由多篇文献组合而成。





  刊发于《重庆工学院学报》2005年第1期的《论高校学生职业道德的“势”与“导”》,是10篇被举报的论文中距今较近的一篇。文末注明了3篇参考文献,其中第一篇是2003年发表于《湖南体育》上的《职业道德建设的重点是加强思想道德教育》,作者周春光。





  1998年创作《必须重视大学生的自我教育》的类似手法,在张世友2005年的这篇论文中再次出现。张文的第一部分“高校学生职业道德的现状”,其分论点与周文第一部分“当前职业道德是思想滑坡的主要表现”的分论点几乎一致。





  张文的第一个分论点是“职业价值观念颠倒错位”,周文则是“价值观念发生错位”;此后,张文列出“职业价值取向市侩庸俗”、“职业道德评判含混模糊”、“职业道德心理严重失衡”3个分论点,周文则分别是意思相近的“价值取向比较庸俗”、“道德评判出现偏差”、“社会道德心理失衡”。





  记者发现,在上述4个分论点的具体论述中,张文几乎照搬了周文的原文。





  以首个分论点为例,张文全段共328字,且在段尾注明了引用标记“[1]”。事实上,该段几乎每句话都能在周文的各个部分找到出处,区别在于仅调整了个别字词。





  接下来的3个分论点没有再注明引用标记了。但是,几乎每句话依旧能在周文里找到出处。例如,第2个分论点共276字,近220字与周文相同;第3个分论点、第4个分论点分别257字、423字,对应约有210字、320字与周文一致。





  这意味着,张文约1200字左右的第一部分,大约65%的文字可在周文这篇“参考文献”中找到原文。





  周文的“影子”还出现在了张文的第二部分“强化高校学生职业道德教育的途径”。该部分分为“始终贯穿马克思主义理论红线,深入强化高校学生的职业道德理念”等三个论点。其中,第一个论点的两个分论点可以在周文中找到意思相同的分论点。





  第二、三个论点,则有不少内容来自第二篇“参考文献”。该文献系发表于2002年第6期《中国职业技术教育》的《高职学生职业道德教育探索》,作者方晓红。





  其中,张文“树立正确的择业观念,培养吃苦耐劳的精神”、“树立严格的纪律观念,培养良好的敬业精神”等分论点均与方文一字不差,且具体论述也仅删改了个别字句。





  据记者初步人工比对,总体看来,这篇约6000字的论文,与参考文献完全无关的原创内容,大约不到1000字。





  张世友其余被举报的8篇论文,也存在类似较多引用参考文献的现象,有的约占三分之一,有的大致占一半篇幅。





  重庆师大校方已介入调查





  重庆师范大学科研处一位罗姓负责人告诉中国青年报记者,目前,校方已经将前述论文用学术不端的检测系统进行对比,同时也邀请了专家进行人工比对。由于被举报的论文篇数较多,检测暂时没有完成。





  张世友不认为自己是抄袭,“抄袭肯定是不对的了。尤其是明知故犯,就更不对了。”他认为,自己之所以被举报,可能是有些人“恶意打击”。





  他向记者解释,用今天的标准来看,那个年代的论文肯定有不规范的成分,但至于构不构成所谓的学术抄袭、学术不端,“真是10年前标准不一样”。





  张世友说,按照当年编辑部的要求,一些参考文献只需在文末整体罗列,而不需要逐一对应注释。而在当时,有的文章引用了别人的东西,后面却什么参考文献都没有,“那个时候这种情况多得很”。





  “按照一般过去的说法,引用量三分之一都不过分。”他说。





  “时代不同,基本要求和标准也不太一样。如果说后来学术规范出台了,我写的东西还出现问题,那我任何话都没有。”张世友说,10多年前,学术不规范的现象很多,“说实话,你不信可以随便找一篇之前的文章查查,多少都有问题的。”





  不过,记者在1984年颁发的《图书、期刊版权保护试行条例实施细则》中看到,该细则第15条已经规定,“适当引用”指作者在一部作品中引用他人作品的片断,凡引用一人或多人的作品,所引用的总量不得超过本人创作作品总量的十分之一。





  前述罗姓负责人表示,除了被举报的10篇论文,张世友发表的所有论文他们都要检测一遍,“不然,解决了一个问题,之后别人又提出来”。
