　　中新网柳州4月29日电?(周潇男?朱柳融)广西柳州市柳北区一居民区16户居民已经有近两个月无电可用，当地政府相关负责人表示，该小区未安装变压器、配电箱，此前一直搭借附近单位的变压器用电。目前，附近的单位破产，不再提供搭接用电事宜，小区500米范围内又无公共变压器，导致居民现在用电可用的现状。

　　从3月5日至今，广西柳州鹧鸪江路9号的16户居民每到夜晚，小区就会被黑暗笼罩，从窗户透出的烛光和应急灯微光显示这里还有人居住。住这里的81岁老人黄定达告诉记者，?2栋宿舍楼居住着16户居民。自从今年3月5日到现在，因为没有电，居民们只能点蜡烛照明。如果过段时间还不能解决用电问题，天气炎热将会考虑外出租房住。

　　同样住在这里的居民兰华英表示，一家五口人的用电问题，只能通过一台小小的电瓶解决。“除了照明，冰箱、空调、电视等什么家电都不能用。”

　　16户居民为何无电可用，中新网记者从柳州市柳北区鹧鸪社区居民委员会了解到，该小区原隶属于柳州有色金属物资供应站，小区附近500米范围内没有公共变压器，此前用电均通过搭借附近柳州锌品股份有限公司的变压器解决。

　　2006年，柳州有色金属物资供应站因公司债权问题，将附近的地块通过法院拍卖给柳州市晨华贸易有限公司。两栋宿舍楼的产权属职工个人，因此并未拍卖。

　　2007年，柳州锌品股份有限公司破产，16户居民搭借用电被迫停止。此后，只得从附近的一家仓库搭借用电。

　　2012年，该地附近施工，将连接该宿舍楼和变压器电线路的电线杆压倒，16户居民用电再次被停。在当地政府和社区的协调下，16户居民用电转接晨华公司临时施工变压器，直到2014年1月中旬。

　　2014年1月中旬，因晨华公司发展需要，将临时变压器需更换为500?kvA的工业生产专用变压器，其费用大幅提升，每月固定产生费用为13750元。

　　因该公司尚未投入生产，如16户居民接入该变压器使用电，所产生的固定费用需由居民承担，经核算，每度电费高达4.34元。大多数居民不能接受如此高价电费，选择了点蜡烛照明。

　　供电部门相关负责人介绍，该小区500米范围内没有公共变压器，若接入500米外变压器，将会产生电压低、用电不稳定等状况，造成居民家电损坏等不安全因素。若在小区附近安装新的变压器，需20多万元，居民又不愿意承担该笔费用。

　　供电部门表示，该小区此前搭借用电的柳州锌品股份有限公司，因破产尚未将变压器移交至供电部门，暂不能接入该公司用电。若该公司将变压器移交，供电部门即可“特事特办”，尽快给居民接入用电。此外，也可从晨华公司专用变压器接入一个电表，专供16户居民使用，前提是需征得晨华公司同意。

　　晨华公司相关负责人表示，今年1月中旬至3月初，16户居民使用所产生的2万多元电费，也未上缴到晨华公司，公司很难再倾囊相助。

　　柳州市柳北区长塘镇副镇长欧明波表示，政府相关部门正在努力与各方协调，将尽快解决16户小区的用电问题。
