　　该项目自2012年12月开工，目前主体工程已经完工，预计2014年6月10日竣工。该建筑已使用“邢台市桥西区劳动就业暨群众文化活动中心”的名称申办了土地使用证、规划许可证、施工许可证等相关证件，所有相关手续齐全。该建筑为公共服务设施，非邢台市桥西区政府办公楼。
