　　新华网西安3月25日电（记者毛海峰）据陕西省渭南市纪委24日通报，渭南市政府教育督导室副主任督学李青海，因公车私用、醉酒驾车被免职，并因涉嫌危险驾驶罪，公安机关也已立案侦查。

　　3月19日12时左右，渭南市政府教育督导室副主任督学李青海（副县级）因私聚餐，期间饮用大量白酒，直至16时左右才驾驶一辆车牌号为陕ＥＶ0508的白色丰田轿车回家，中途被执勤交警发现，并被带至医院检测为醉酒驾驶。3月20日，渭南市公安局临渭分局对李青海依法采取了监视居住措施。

　　经调查，李青海是在上班期间聚餐饮酒，并公车私用，严重违反了中央“八项规定”，渭南市政府决定免去李青海市政府教育督导室副主任督学职务。
