　　2013年10月22日，涉事地块进行招拍挂，被青岛成元天业房地产开发有限公司竞得。根据工商登记资料显示，青岛成元天业房地产开发有限公司成立于2013年5月3日，系国有独资企业。公司注册资本4000万元，其中，青岛天业亘源房地产开发有限公司出资1000万、宁波亘源嘉诚股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)出资3000万。

　　而青岛天业亘源房地产开发有限公司又分别由济南天业盛泰投资有限公司投资1000万，青岛亘源地产控股集团有限公司投资9000万成立。

　　今日下午15时许，青岛亘源地产控股集团法务总监李晓彬称，将于明日统一对外回应该集团涉及平度3·21火灾事件的有关情况。
