　　本报海口3月24日电 记者邢东伟 通讯员樊磊 海南全省各级公安机关去年共查处违法违纪案件63起89人，其中民警73人，非警务人员15人，公安现役部队干部1人。省长助理、省公安厅厅长李富林今天表示，要铁腕治理公安队伍中违法违纪现象，对违法违纪现象要敢于动真碰硬。

　　李富林在今天召开的海南省公安机关反腐倡廉建设电视电话会议上强调，全省各级公安机关要深刻认识党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的长期性、艰巨性、复杂性，切实把思想和行动统一到中央党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的决策部署上来。各级公安机关党组织要以零容忍的态度严肃查处各类违法违纪案件，要在加大查办大案要案上下功夫，集中力量，全力以赴，一查到底。

　　“今后，对在全国或全省范围内造成恶劣影响的违纪违法案件，省公安厅纪委要派工作组调查督办，当地公安局党委要向省厅党委作检讨。”李富林说，对发生重大腐败案件和严重违纪违法行为的地方、部门和警种，实行一案双查制度，既要追究当事人的责任，又要倒查追究直接领导、分管领导乃至主要领导的责任。

　　会议透露，去年以来，全省各级公安机关查处违法违纪案件起数和人数比2012年分别上升53.7%、71.2%，查处力度明显加大。其中，民警打骂群众的3起案件和大操大办婚庆宴请的3起案件分别被公安纪检部门查处。
