　　本报讯 （记者杨洋）昨日，广东省人大常委会召开新闻发布会，宣布决定公开选聘一批省人大常委会环保咨询专家，聘期与本届省人大常委会任期相同。省人大环境与资源委员会主任委员陈耀光透露，这是广东省人大首次面向社会各界公开选聘环保咨询专家，并接受个人报名。目前，“关于选聘广东省十二届人大常委会环保咨询专家的公告”已发布在广东人大网，报名截止时间为4月15日。

　　据介绍，省人大常委会选聘的环保咨询专家人选应具备以下几个基本条件：一是具有丰富的环境与资源保护专业理论知识和工作实践经验；二是具有专门研究环境与资源保护工作的能力；三是热心参与人大环境与资源保护工作各项活动；四是身体健康，年龄一般不超过65周岁。

　　在环保咨询专家的人选结构上，将从以下几个方面考虑：一是专业知识结构。拟聘人选中应有水环境、大气环境、土壤环境、固体废物处理处置、循环经济及清洁生产、节能和低碳经济、生态保护、海洋资源环境、环境规划等方面的专家。二是职业结构。专家学者与实务工作者按照适当比例确定。三是地域结构。拟聘候选人中应有来自珠三角地区和粤东、粤西、粤北地区的专家。
