针对下调支付宝快捷支付限额一事，农行副行长李振江今日在2013年业绩会上回应称，根据不同的安全认证都有限额要求，调低快捷支付限额一方面是因为快捷支付无磁卡、无密令，客户认证级别低，对客户资金安全造成了较大的威胁；另一方面也是落实反洗钱的要求。

他指出，农行调低限额只针对快捷支付，调整为单笔日均累积不超过1万元，不涉及其他产品，大额支付可适用网银，未来将研究如何提高网银的便捷性。

“农行与很多第三方支付机构都有合作，快捷支付开通以来，确实接到了很多客户资金被盗事件投诉，有的金额也比较大。”

他表示，农行对互联网金融一直持尊重和欢迎态度，关于快捷支付限额未来是否会再次调高，取决于安全认证等级的提升。
