　　中新网北京3月24日电 (记者 阚枫)记者从北京市环保局获悉，北京市空气重污染应急指挥部办公室24日15时发布空气重污染黄色预警，预警未来三天北京将持续处于重度污染状态。

　　在连续几日的艳阳天后，24日，浓重的雾霾再度笼罩着北京，灰蒙蒙的天空下，街头行人又一次带上厚厚的口罩。北京环境监测中心发布的实时空气质量状态显示，24日12时，北京全市绝大多数监测点的PM2.5浓度超过200微克/立方，处于5级重度污染水平。

　　据通报，近几天，北京市受不利气象条件影响，污染物扩散条件较差，预计未来三天将持续重度污染状态。其中，26日、27日两日污染程度较重，为减缓污染物积累。

　　在发布空气重污染黄色预警同时，北京市空气重污染应急指挥部办公室还提醒市民做好健康防护措施，提醒儿童、老年人和呼吸道、心脑血管疾病患者等易感人群尽量留在室内，避免户外运动；建议中小学、幼儿园减少体育课等户外运动，一般人群减少户外运动和室外作业时间。

　　今年2月20日，为应对雾霾天气，北京市空气重污染应急指挥部办公室曾启动空气重污染黄色预警，这是自去年10月《北京市空气重污染应急预案(试行)》发布以来，首次启动该级别预警。

　　根据应急预案，北京市空气重污染预警由低至高分为蓝色、黄色、橙色、红色四级，黄色预警意味着“预测未来1天出现严重污染或持续3天出现重度污染”。
