　　3月17日，上海市质量技术监督局发布了一份在沪市场销售的口罩产品安全风险监测结果。结果显示，超6成产品过滤效果不佳。“绿盾”、“伊藤の良品”等国内热销防霾口罩品牌均榜上有名。

　　该监测采用的标准是GB2626-2006《呼吸防护用品 自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器》、GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》、GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》等国家标准。针对口罩的标识、过滤效率、微生物指标(细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、致病性化脓菌和真菌菌落总数)、纺织品安全技术要求(甲醛含量、pH值和可分解致癌芳香胺染料)等项目展开。

　　其中，过滤效率最受民众关注。这一指标是指在规定的条件下，口罩对空气中颗粒物滤除的百分数。它的高低直接反映了口罩防颗粒物的效果好坏。

　　但结果显示，抽检的38个批次口罩产品中，24批次口罩的过滤效率实测值低于标准(GB2626-2006)中规定的90%最低要求；1批次口罩的过滤效率实测值低于明示95%的要求；21批次产品标识中未标注滤料等级；6批次未标注产品的执行标准。

　　过滤效率低于90%的24批次产品中，就包括在各大网店销售火爆的“绿盾PM2.5”口罩。经测，上海兴诺康纶纤维科技有限公司生产的绿盾PM2.5无纺口罩(成人型)、绿盾PM2.5抗菌防霾口罩(轻薄透气型)、绿盾PM2.5抗菌防霾口罩过滤效率实测值分别为64.3%、86.3%、10.3%。

　　对此，上海兴诺康纶纤维科技有限公司市场部经理管丽君表示，该公司产品均严格按照企业内部制定的标准生产。对监测中使用的标准GB2626-2006，她认为，“该标准是针对工业用防尘口罩制定，并不适用于民用口罩。”她同时强调，兴诺康纶生产口罩使用的标准已经在当地质监部门备案。

　　经中国青年报记者了解，我国目前尚无民用口罩的国家、行业通行标准。口罩企业多按照各自内部标准进行生产。

　　徐州贝德氏卫生用品有限公司生产的名为伊藤の良品PM2.5TM防护口罩(无纺布)、伊藤の良品PM2.5TM防护口罩过滤效率实测值仅分别为17%、10.7%。

　　贝德氏市场部负责人也对上述监测结果提出异议。他认为，在不同的检测标准下，显示的产品结果差别十分明显。贝德氏目前没有接到任何关于其产品下架或相关处理的通知。

　　另外，该监测报告还显示许多产品存在PH值超标、未标注滤料等级的问题。

　　电子商务网站是防霾口罩销售的一个主要渠道。“一号店网上超市”工作人员告诉中国青年报记者，凡是违规、有质量缺陷的产品，他们会一律作下架处理。目前，针对上海质监局公布的这份监测报告，“一号店网上超市”相关部门已经开始着手调查、处理。

　　京东商城也表示，对平台上在售的口罩产品已经开始核查，包括自有销售渠道和第三方销售渠道。一经发现质量不达标的产品，也将下架。同时，京东还将积极与相关厂家、部门配合，力争最大程度保障消费者的利益。
