　　对有稳定工作并居住在单位集体宿舍的，凭书面申请、单位出具的务工和居住证明、户口本和身份证，申请登记常住户口。有随迁人员的，提交随迁人员户口本和身份证、申请人与随迁人员的亲属关系证明。
