　　摊主自称“薄利多销”，每天卖掉几十个

　　在宁波路上一个水产销售摊点，特大鲍鱼被养在一个很大的塑料盆里，盆内放着气泵。见有人要买鲍鱼，摊主马上吆喝起来：“7元一个特大鲍鱼，肉质厚，有嚼劲。”摊主介绍说，他的产品来自大连，质量上乘，不像南方鲍鱼，口感、味觉都要低一等。

　　在台湾路菜市场，海产品摊位销售的鲍鱼更便宜，5个鲍鱼标价10元。记者询问为啥卖得这么便宜，一个摊主称“价廉物美，薄利多销”。该摊主说他的鲍鱼也来自大连，这两天，他们这里一般每天都要卖掉30个—50个鲍鱼。

　　多重原因让曾经稀有水产品平价贱卖

　　一直以来，鲍鱼被看作山珍海味。以往上海餐馆里的小鲍鱼一般都要卖18元一个，为何近日价格如此便宜？

　　上海水产行业协会副会长范守霖解释说，国内从上世纪九十年代末开始养殖鲍鱼，10年前，以大连等北方沿海地区养殖为主的全国鲍鱼年产量约为1万吨。5年前，福建等南方沿海地区成功养殖鲍鱼后，国内鲍鱼产量大幅度增加，这两年国内的鲍鱼产量每年以10%—20%的速度增加，目前全国最大一个养殖县——福建某县的鲍鱼年产量就可达到2.5万吨，去年全国鲍鱼总产量超过8万吨，这使得原本稀有的水产品鲍鱼变得日益大众化。相比北方鲍鱼，南方鲍鱼生长速度快、产量高，由此冲击了北方鲍鱼的售价。“去年限制‘三公消费’的规定出台后，公款消费鲍鱼的数量明显下降，这使得养殖户纷纷通过大众消费找出路。”业内人士分析，鲍鱼的受众面不广，老人、小孩嚼不动，烹饪的方法又有限，况且养殖鲍鱼的营养、口感等远不如野生鲍鱼，鲍鱼成为家常菜，卖出“白菜价”也就成为必然。
