　　【环球网报道 记者 李小飞】据韩联社2月16日消息，韩国国会和产业通商资源部16日表示，在3月即将举行的中韩自由贸易协定第十轮谈判上，双方将对产业、农水产和政府采购等经济合作领域的综合协定文案进行磋商。韩国曾向中方提议对中国渔船黄海“非法捕捞”问题进行协商，但中方拒绝了该提议。

　　据悉，由中国农业部渔业局局长赵兴武率领的渔业代表团2013年11月11日抵达韩国，并于当天访问韩国海洋警察厅。中国渔业代表团在韩国海洋警察厅听取了中国渔船在韩国海域“非法捕捞”的情况，并与韩方就防范措施进行了磋商。

　　韩国海警与中国渔业代表团就黄海渔船体制性管理方案、联合对非法捕鱼进行打击演练等交换了意见。双方都认为有必要在黄海渔业秩序方面强化合作，同时为消除非法捕鱼而共同努力。
