　　本报讯 (记者李涛)昨日，记者从省住建厅获悉，今年将加强古村落保护修复，对全省传统村落进行全面调查摸底，建立挂牌保护制度，落实保护资金，结合旅游产业发展和农村人居环境整治，打造一批具有浓郁传统文化和地方特色的美丽乡村。

　　据悉，传统村落是指拥有物质形态和非物质形态文化遗产，具有较高的历史、文化、科学、艺术、社会、经济价值的村落。但近年来，随着城镇化快速推进，以传统村落为代表的传统文化正在淡化，乃至消失。对传统村落历史建筑进行保护性抢救，并对传统街巷和周边环境进行整治，可防止传统村落无人化、空心化。

　　省住建厅有关负责人表示，今年，我省将完善传统村落和历史文化名村名镇的申报、认定程序，制订保护修复计划，建立挂牌保护制度。在实施保护性抢救过程中，我省将尊重传统建筑风貌、传统格局与周边景观环境的依存关系，做到“整旧如故，以存其真”。同时，尊重村民意愿，延续乡村生活，保持传统村落活态化。与此同时，今年我省将以建设美丽乡村为目标，全面提高村镇建设水平。比如，今年将依托产业、区位、自然景观、文化资源等优势，在100个重点镇开展市政公用设施、公共服务设施、公园绿地、中心街市、居住社区“五项建设”和景观风貌、环境卫生“两项整治”，建成一批各具特色的小城镇，提升小城镇吸纳人口、集聚产业的综合承载能力，推动农民就地城镇化。
