　　新华网郑州2月17日电(记者马意翀)记者17日从河南鹿邑县委宣传部了解到，2月14日晚，腾讯微博用户李珊珊连发微博称：“河南志元食品集团有限公司董事长罗志元包养情妇、养私生女”。获悉这一情况后，河南鹿邑县委高度重视，迅速召开专题会议，成立由人大、纪委、组织、公安、人口计生委等部门组成的联合调查组，对微博反映罗志元的情况进行调查，并将依据调查认定的事实，依法依纪严肃处理。

　　据调查组初步了解，河南志元食品集团有限公司是一家大型食品加工民营企业集团，该企业目前运转良好，没有发现违法经营现象。罗志元于2007年12月当选为河南省第十一届人大代表，于2012年12月当选为河南省第十二届人大代表，其代表资格合法有效。

　　2月16日，鉴于罗志元正在国外考察，联合调查组已通知河南志元食品集团有限公司和罗志元本人，速从国外返回鹿邑接受调查。调查结果将及时向社会发布。

　　17日发布的情况通报还称，关于原告李珊珊与被告罗志元子女抚养纠纷一案，鹿邑县人民法院已于2013年12月23日立案受理，目前该案正在审理过程中。
