　　新华网广州2月16日电(记者刘宏宇) 广东清远市民郑先生检举清远市公安局森林分局局长凌子群参与网上赌球事件有了最新进展。清远市纪委称，2月14日已将线索移交给清远市公安局进行核查，将根据公安机关的查实情况作出相应处理。

　　清远市林业局表示，该局已要求当事人对此事作书面说明，并成立调查组对此事进行调查。

　　据举报者郑先生称，凌子群与其是老朋友，在其担保下，凌子群分3次向邓某借款105万元，于去年9月开始在网上赌球，先后输了100多万元，因债务到期凌子群未能偿还，郑先生与凌子群一同被邓某告上法庭。
