　　本报北京2月16日电 （记者余荣华）北京市政府日前重申，将认真落实国家关于清理“小产权房”的相关规定，进一步加大“小产权房”清理整治工作力度，切实斩断“小产权房”建设和销售的利益链条，加快解决历史遗留问题。

　　北京市委常委、副市长陈刚在首都生态文明和城乡环境建设动员大会上表示，坚决对新增“小产权房”实行“零容忍”，特别是对以新型农村社区建设、农业生态旅游休闲项目等名义，行“小产权房”之实的项目要及时进行认定和查处。

　　陈刚强调，要抓好村庄和中介这两个环节，对发现“小产权房”的村庄，其公章要统一收归乡镇代管，对情节恶劣、以权谋私的村干部，公检法和审计等部门要积极介入，深挖背后的违纪行为。

　　据了解，北京市多数“小产权房”项目主体涉及村集体经济组织，在“小产权房”销售环节，多数项目会提供给买房者加盖村集体公章的所谓“证明”。因此，收归和代管公章，是遏制“小产权房”建设和销售的一个有效措施。
